1. Controller

2. Summary

The TTPush viewer app works without an account: no sign-up, no email address, no payment data, no in-app purchases. The app does not access your location, contacts, camera or microphone. Streamer accounts and billing exist exclusively on the website.

3. Data in the viewer app

• an anonymous, randomly generated device ID (no link to your name or email),
• your device’s push token (technically required for delivery),
• the streamers you follow (so we know what to notify you about),
• platform (iOS/Android), app version and language (functionality and support).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (providing the feature you requested). You can unfollow at any time in the app and disable notifications in your system settings.

4. Push delivery (processors)

Push notifications are delivered via the Expo Push Service (Expo, 650 Industries, Inc., USA) and onward through Apple Push Notification service (Apple Inc.) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC). Your push token is transmitted to these providers (third-country transfer to the USA based on the providers’ EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework participation).

5. Website data (streamers)

• Streamer account: email address, password (stored as hash only), TikTok handle, display name, profile details.
• Google sign-in (optional): if you sign in with Google, we store the account ID provided by Google (the stable “sub” claim) and your email address to link your TTPush account. Your Google password is never transmitted to us or stored.
• Multiple TikTok handles: streamers can add up to three of their own TikTok handles (main account + backups). These are the creator accounts’ public handles.
• Public creator content: live events created by streamers (title, date/time) and community updates (title, text, optional link) are public creator content — visible on the public profile page (ttpush.io/s/…) and in the TTPush app.
• Language preference: we store your chosen language (German/English) on your account so the interface and system emails appear in your language.
• Billing: handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; we never receive full card details. See stripe.com/privacy. The viewer app contains no payment functionality.
• Transactional emails to streamers (e.g. registration notices).
• Session cookie: a technically required httpOnly cookie for streamer login. No tracking, no advertising cookies, no analytics services. Since this technically required cookie is the only one we set, no cookie banner is needed.

6. Server logs

When you visit ttpush.io, our server (located in Germany) processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested page) in log files to operate the service and analyse errors (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are deleted on a regular schedule.

7. Retention & deletion

App data (device ID, push token, follows) is stored for as long as you use the feature. You may request deletion at any time via mail@ttpush.io; uninstalling the app invalidates the push token automatically. Streamer accounts are deleted on request unless statutory retention duties (e.g. billing records) apply.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: mail@ttpush.io.

9. TikTok

TTPush is not affiliated with TikTok. When you tap a notification, your device opens the TikTok live link (TikTok app or browser); from there, TikTok’s privacy policy applies.
